How to Register and Pay

Registration will close the Monday before the start of each camp session (i.e. one full week before the start of camp!). This is to give camp staff adequate time to prepare.

Session fees (including before-care fees) must be paid at registration. You may pay in full online with VISA or MasterCard.

If you want to register more than one camper, please ensure they are registered separately.

Please review our Camper Handbook before registering.

ONLINE: Visit our online registration portal to create an account and fill out your registration form online. Pay your fees by credit.

OFFLINE: Contact us if you are unable to register online and we will provide a paper registration form.

VOLUNTEERS: Leaders in Training can apply to volunteer by emailing their availability to ecoadventurecamp@queensu.ca.  There is no cost to volunteer!

Bursaries

Financial assistance can be provided in cases of demonstrated need. Please fill out a bursary application form if you wish to be considered for financial assistance. Both partial and full bursaries are available, depending on circumstances. Please ensure you register your child for the week you are applying for and, when choosing payment option, select “I’ve submitted an application for financial aid.” This will ensure they have a spot in camp as we process the application.

NOTE: The Bursary application process will open along with camp registration.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for cancellations received later than one week before the start of a session. This includes “no-shows” or campers who attend only part of a session for any reason, including illness.

Requests received with more than one week’s notice will be refunded, minus the $50.00 non-refundable deposit per camper per session.

Cancellations for Family Night cabin bookings will not be refunded with less than one week’s notice. Otherwise, they will be refunded in full.
